Have the two private bedrooms for early sleepers and the three communal bedrooms for those who love the sleepover experience. Each room is adorned with cozy linens, plush pillows, and a TV to wind the nights down.
The estate's five lavish bathrooms offer ample space to get ready for the day's events. Finely designed with extravagant finishings and stocked with luxuriously thick towels, you’ll feel like you’re in a spa. Below are the arrangements:
Bedroom 1 & Bathroom 1:
A private King bedroom with a dazzling walk-in, glass-encased shower ensuite.
Bedroom 2 & Bathroom 2:
Queen over Queen bunk bed complete with another impressive walk-in, glass-encased shower ensuite.
Bedroom 3 & Bathroom 3:
Two Queen over King bunk beds and an enormous spa-inspired ensuite. The bathroom features heated floors, a large makeup vanity, a semi-private walk-in shower with U Moen electronic controls, dual shower heads, and dual hoses.
Bathroom 4 (Full-Bath Powder Room):
Located neatly off the living room, it features a large glass-encased shower and a spacious vanity for guests of bedrooms 4 & 5 to store their toiletries.
Bedroom 4:
Perfect for kids, offering three Twin over Twin bunk beds. Guests in this room can make use of the communal full-bath powder room.
Bedroom 5 (Quiet Room):
An ideal room for adults that need a peaceful retreat to get some work done while on holiday. Tucked behind a heavy steel door, it comes furnished with a Queen bed and a working desk. Kids under 16 may not use this room without adult supervision as the door is quite heavy. Guests in this room can enjoy the communal full-bath powder room as well.

The chefs in the family are sure to enjoy the fully equipped kitchen featuring an incredible amount of prep space to work their culinary magic. Coffee lovers can choose between Keurig coffee (BYO K-CUP) or a fresh drip coffee for those looking to try out locally sourced beans.
Plug your device into the USB charging station with iPhone, USB-C, and Micro USB cables so you can pump up the music while you craft your daily dishes. Pull up a seat at the 14 ft. dining table made of of 108-year-old wood, aptly set beneath rustic chandeliers, and let all 16 guests gush over each day's delicious treats.

The game room is furnished with plenty of seating, a microwave, and a mini-refrigerator - so be sure to pick up your favorite local drinks when touring Spicewood and Austin! Forgot the snacks? No problem! Use the breezeway connected to the main property mudroom for a seamless free-flowing gathering no matter where the fun (or the food) is located.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee in one of the numerous outdoor lounge spaces surrounding the estate and watch the sun greet the rolling 180-degree landscape. Keep your eyes open and you’ll likely spot some of our frequent visiting deer enjoying the view with you.
Take a therapeutic dip in the Master Swim Spa Trainer H2X 15 D/Hot Tub perfect for exercise or rehabbing sore muscles after one of the many stunning hikes in the countryside.
Let the sizzling BBQ fill the air with delightful aromas as you lounge under the covered seating area enjoying the cotton candy skies. Grab some firewood while out on your excursions and come home to a cozy evening by the fire pit set beneath a canopy of trees.
As the sun begins to make way for the stars, set the patio aglow with soft shimmering lights surrounding the large 5’ deep Swimming Pool. Give us 72 hour notice and the pool can be heated for an additional fee.
Note that on Friday and Saturday nights, you can hear music coming from nearby Front Brewery - it’s that close! So, feel free to take the fun there on weekends or enjoy some of your own music on the patio deck.

Just steps from the main property, a 1000 sq. ft. industrial barn is the perfect canvas to execute the vision for your next event. This flex space includes AC, WiFi, and an 85” TV. Plan a movie night, dance night, family gathering, corporate event, or intimate wedding. We would love to make your dream a reality. Get in touch for prior approval to utilize this space with an additional fee.

Guest accessFACILITIES: Enjoy the large 3100 sq ft main house on top of the hill, along with its patio, pool, swim spa, and the adjoining 995 sq. ft. Game Garage. A 1200 sq ft guest cottage with full kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms with king beds and 2 full bathrooms is also available for an additional fee of $300 per night.
The 1000 sq ft air conditioned Event / Flex Space requires pre-approval and an additional fee.
The guest cottage is near the gated entrance to the property (at the bottom of the hill). The main home is at the top of the hill and is a good 10-15 min walk from the gated entrance.
WILDLIFE: You are encouraged to remain on the manicured areas of the property. Being nestled within the heart of the Hill Country, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Racoons, ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings and take caution while driving. You may also encounter other residents of the Hill Country like bugs, spiders, scorpions, and mice, which can sometimes make their way inside. We utilize pest control services regularly BUT this does not guarantee that you won’t see a pest or bug.
PARKING: Keep in mind that the narrow and winding driveway up to the estate is often frequented by deer and other wildlife so be careful when driving (especially at night). Please feel free to use the covered barn for parking, located on the backside of the event flex space, or park on the driveway in front of the garage game room. (No parking inside the garage game room, please).
Additional notesThe mobile home near the gated entrance to the property (at bottom of the hill) is not for guest use. Please don’t disturb long-term tenants in the mobile home. The main home is at the top of the hill and is a good 10-15 min walk from the gated entrance.
Although we are located in Spicewood, our location is very close to Lakeway and Bee Cave. There are wineries, a distillery, brewery, coffee roaster, zip line, boating, golf, shopping and much more within 30 minutes of Hilltop Hideaway in Spicewood.
Dripping Springs, the wedding capital of Texas, is only 35 minutes from Hilltop Hideaway. Muleshoe Bend Recreation Area, Pedernales Falls State Park, Hamilton Pool, Reimer Ranch, McKinney Falls State Park, Krause Springs are all within 30 minutes from Hilltop Hideway in Spicewood. Balcones National Wild Refuge, Blanco State Park and Enchanted Rock State Natural Area are all about 1 hour drive.

Neighborhood overviewThe home is the heart of Texas Hill country just west of Austin off of Hwy 71 minutes away from wineries, breweries, distilleries and public access to Lake Travis. Close to Lakeway and Bee Cave for grocery and dining options. Only 9 miles to Hill Country Galleria for shopping and dining options. Within 30 miles to many Austin and Dripping Springs attractions like Hamilton Pool, Milton Reimer Rach, Barton Creek, State Capitol and more. Downtown Rainey street and nightlife bars and venues are only 26 miles and 40 mins to Airport. Dripping Spring is also known as the wedding capital of Texas and is only 30 minutes from our place.
